Interested in becoming an Emporium Antique Dealer?
First, thank you for your interest. We are always interested in dealers who are interested in us!
Second, we are very picky about who moves in this great antique mall. As a general rule, we rent only to established antique, vintage marketers, or decorators.
- Spaces rent for $2.75 per square foot, minimum $275.
- In-House dealers are always given first option of upcoming available spaces.
- All agreements are month-to-month. A minimum thirty day written notice to vacate.
- There is no commission of dealer sales. There is a 4% service charge on all credit card sales.
- Dealers may access their individual sales online (see link below)
- Showcase alarms available for $5 per month per alarm.
- Emporium Antique collects and remits the sales tax to the Maryland Comptrollers Office.
